Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for no shows or last minute cancellations. ☠︎︎ PAYMENTS： Bring cash (exact change) for your remainder balance. Failure to bring cash will result in $5 up charge. Any issues occuring within 72 hours of your appointment will be fixed free of charge. ☠︎︎ ARRIVAL： Come with bare nail/ toes or book a soak off. (not booking for soak off will result in $5 upcharge) Communicate any nail injuries prior to booking. I do not work on fungus/ extremely damaged nails! Please do not come sick. 𝖭𝖮 𝖤𝖷𝖳𝖱𝖠 𝖦𝖴𝖤𝖲𝖳 𝖠𝖱𝖤 𝖠𝖫𝖫𝖮𝖶𝖤𝖣! Please DO NOT eat while i’m working on your hands! If you’re getting intricate art, expect to be at your appointment a while. Please stay still while i’m working, so I can be as efficient as possible! ☠︎︎ TARDINESS： Clients have a 15 min grace period, after that it will be $15 late fee. After 20 mins, your appointment may be cancelled. Please communicate your eta if you’re running late. No shows will be banned from booking. ☠︎︎ RESCHEDULING： Clients can reschedule/ cancel no later than 24 hours prior to appointment time. Otherwise, a new deposit will be required/ deposit won’t be refunded. Clients can reschedule once with the same deposit.
